Get your questions answered. Great communication is a big part of the way we do business. Text, email or phone if you have any questions about the services, pricing, etc. We guarantee fast response. You can also check out our FAQs.
Schedule your appointment. Book online or text, email or call to secure your slot.
Prepare for your appointment. Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle and be sure an outdoor water hook-up is available. (We bring our own hose.) Access to an electrical outlet is nice, but not required.
Get peace of mind with an initial inspection. Before we start working on your vehicle, we’ll let you know if there are any conditions that may require additional time/cost. We’re not looking to upsell but want to make sure your expectations are met for the service you selected.
Conduct the final inspection and check-out. We want you to be completely satisfied. We’ll do a final walkthrough of the vehicle with you to confirm the work was performed as expected. Payment is due upon completion of service.
Leave your space as we found it. After the inspection is complete and you’ve signed off on the service, we’ll ensure that any cleaning products/debris from your car are cleaned up.

We accept most personal passenger cars and trucks. We’re not equipped to detail commercial vehicles. However, we can detail some watercraft. Please inquire.

You have options! We are a fully mobile service and I can come to your location, provided you can provide access to a driveway and hose/water hook-up. You can also drop your vehicle off at our site in Snohomish.
For the cost of an Uber ride, we can also pick up and return your vehicle to your location once the service is complete.

We work on the Eastside of Snohomish and King Counties. That includes locations in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, Bothell, Mill Creek, Snohomish, Monroe and Sultan.
If you don’t fall neatly into one of these service areas, please reach out. We may be able to accommodate other locations.

Mobile services are provided at your location, whether it’s a business or residential property. Note that during the service, water and various cleaning products will be used. The service area may be damp following the service, depending on the weather. We take care to ensure that the surrounding area is kept free, to the extent possible, of water run-off and cleaning products.
There will be some noise during the service from the generator (if used) and other tools.

Bigger vehicle = more work, so yes, the larger your vehicle, the more it will cost to get it detailed.
We generally follow the same classification guidelines as car rental companies to price our services. Our categories are compact/small, midsize, large, truck and SUV/van/minivan.

Nope. First off, we do not expect or accept tips/gratuities, so no need to offer.
We’re also not going to spring any special offers, enhancements or upgrades to you at the time of service. (Unless you ask for it.)
Two factors affect the cost of our core services: the size of your vehicle and any extraordinary circumstances that require additional cleaning time.
Note that the pricing for vehicle size is clearly labeled in our Services section. Not sure? Just ask.
Extraordinary circumstances include things like vehicles used for heavy off-roading purposes, permanent fabric stains or damaged materials (e.g., heavily warped by the UV rays). We’ll let you know if it can’t be remedied and if it can, if there will be any additional charge for the work—before we get started.
Finally, when you’re checking out, we don’t charge credit card processing fees. That’s our cost of doing business!

We’re certainly willing to try! We understand that life happens. This is a 100% judgement free zone.
We may not be able to restore your car to its original showroom state, but we can use special tools and products to significantly improve its condition.
We’ll let you know when we do the initial inspection of your vehicle if there’s anything that we may not be able to address. Extensive cleaning may incur an additional charge and/or time. We’ll let you know that upfront as well.

Please remove all personal belonging from the vehicle. For mobile services, we will need access to an outdoor water supply (i.e., hose hook-up) and a fairly level 12×20 feet space to complete the services. Access to a regular electrical outlet is helpful but not required. Unfortunately, we are unable to detail on the street or other public area; a private space is required.

Cash, Venmo, PayPal and credit cards (with no added processing fee). Payment is expected at the time of service. Reminder, we have a strict no tipping policy. The price is the price.

Yes, we are a registered Washington state business and carry comprehensive insurance coverage—including coverage for your vehicle for while it’s in our care (whether driving or parked).
